小东是一个非法居留儿童，从小跟着衫佬流落在女人街，每天模仿着正常儿童「扮返学」。他从小便和衫佬相依为命，衫佬待他如亲子。每天小东都会到衫佬的货仓「寻宝」，再到他的「秘密基地」。这一天小东如常到货仓，却意外认识了「肉参」欣欣，并误打误撞救了她。与此同时，为了躲避警察的搜捕，黑帮大佬火屎哥插赃偷回来的钻石到货车司机佩怡的货物之中，因为这些鑽石子豪与佩怡结「缘」。一场贼赃与绑架案件交织着错摸，小东得到了一个完整「家」的感觉，四人命运走在一起殊途同归。
